Policies
Every policy in one place, written to be read. The one worth starting with is the privacy policy, because it answers the question people actually have about a product they tell their medical results to.
Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do not, and what happens to a conversation about your health or your tax position.
Read itTerms of service
The agreement between you and Copilotly - what you can expect, and what we are not.
Read itAcceptable use
What the copilots may not be used for, and what happens if they are.
Read itCookie policy
Every script that runs on this site, what it does, and how to switch it off.
Read itSecurity
How data is protected, and how to report a vulnerability.
Read itSubprocessors
The third parties that process data on our behalf, and what each one sees.
Read itRefunds & cancellation
The trial, the guarantee, and how to cancel without emailing anyone.
Read itAccessibility
The standard we build to, where we fall short, and how to tell us.
Read itReport abuse
How to report misuse, illegal content or a copyright claim.
Read itThe one thing worth knowing
Copilotly is not a law firm, a medical provider, a financial adviser or a therapist. Using it creates no professional relationship, and your conversations are not privileged.
That appears at the top of the terms, on every regulated domain page, and in the footer of every page on this site. It is the actual protection - for you first, and for us second - and burying it would defeat the point of having it.
How these are maintained
All policies carry the same last-updated date, currently 2026-07-29. When any of them changes materially we email account holders and post notice before it takes effect, rather than quietly moving the date.
